I have been using Sermorelin with my clients for about a year now and it seems that the frequency and usefulness has definitely increased.

Semorelin works by a different mechanism than giving growth hormone. It actually stimulates the pituitary gland to secrete more growth hormone.

Is it possible to have HGH prescribed for a legitimate (or not so legitimate) medical reason? I know that some doctors don't subscribe to the affliction that we refer to as "Low T," but some do, and some treat it. But is there a similar real or imagined condition for which HGH could be prescribed?

Def in their 40's, there is a certain time when it becomes less effective, you can not go by the exact age, it just depend on when their pituitary stops working. I would say over 55 I would go for rhGH.
