Setting up macros/calories for first test-e cycle.

Hi All,

So, I'm currently setting my diet up for my first cycle. This is to gain lean mass. My query is do I stick to a natty bulking diet? Or does that go out the window and I consume more calories? Hypothetical example, say I need 3,500 calories to gain steady weight....do I use that for gaining on cycle? I see most eating around 5,000-6,000 calories. Also do I use standard macros? 40/40/20 ..or something like carb cycling? Curious to read up on this, so any links will be much appreciated.
