Allmost Good Looking
Hi everybody.
Well, it happened!
I have now turned into a 40 year old man :/
Baah, it's not so bad, but i need some help.
I find that i need to exercise more and eat better, only to get less
traning results than when i was 25....Yikes!
I have begun to doubt my workout program, and sets, reps
Therefore i would really appreciated it, if you guys over 40 would post your program?
My goals are the same as 25 years ago when i began working out.
Size and strenght, but i train more sensible now, lower weights......due to some joint problems.
This is a typical workout program for me (i change it a little every 2-3 months)
Monday: Back - 5 exercises and about 25 sets.
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Chest - 4 exercises and about 20 sets & Biceps - 3 exercises and about 12 sets.
Thursday: Off
Friday: Delts - 4 exercises and about 25 sets & Triceps - 3 exercises and about 12 sets.
Saturday: Legs - Sets & exercises varies due to bad knee.
Sunday: Off
Please show me your 40+ workout programs and feel free to comment on mine.
