Hey guys,

I keep hearing on this board that Chip can lower your SHBG. I just got started on Chip's protocol and I dont see anything special in it that lowers SHBG.

my latest blood work:

SHBG = 37.8 nmol/L
Estrogens = 173 pg/mL
total test = 1024 ng/dL
free test = 22.05 ng/dL
TSH = 5.360 uIU/mL

What am I am missing. whats the magic bullet that lowers SHBG?

PM me if you dont want to give out trade secrets in public.

There is no magic bullet that lowers it. It's a combination of things. And remember, everyone is different and reacts differently to medication. What works for me and someone else may not work for you. CJW will probably chime in here soon and give you some pointers on what helped him. He seems to have his dialed in very well.

Low doses of Stanozolol (25mg-50mg) twice weekly has been shown to greatly reduce SHBG.

Anyone know if it's possible to go too low on shbg.. From what I understand, keeping shgb low greatly increases the effectiveness of exo test.. 25-50mgs of stanz sounds like a very inexpensive way to get the most out of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)? Think long term use of such a low dose could hurt the liver?

MY OPINION WOULD BE 8-12 WEEKS ON AND THE SAME OFF. YOU ALSO DONT WANT TO FUCK YOUR LIPIDS. BUT THIS DOES WORK.
CJW2021....:bash: WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU ON THIS ONE!

25 mg of stanazolol every 5-7 days indefinitely. blocks environmental xenoestrogens (fed to the cows, in the plastics, and everything). So take it at that dose with 1cc of b12 for absorption and you won't get the bogus cancers that develop from xenoestrogen poisoning. 8 weeks at just this small dose will drop shbg from wherever to a young adult male level of 15, raising your free test. IMO testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) probably raises SHBG anyways since the body senses peaks of testosterone and potentially tries to lower them by raising SHBG. So you prevent this and kill a lot of birds with one stone. LOVE IT. So you can take it forever at that dose. No point in going higher IMO because as Chip says if you go higher your labs get messed up. Mine are still normal and I've been on it at this dose for a WHILE. Don't ask your local doc for this compound - he will look at you and have no idea what you are talking about. It's not even in local pharmacies. You could have a high test level and if your shbg is high you won't get a hardon. It also acts as a mild Aromatase inhibitor (AI) since less estrogen can bind into SHBG since it's filled with testosterone and low.

boom!! there you have it.!!

your the man! thanks CJW2021

I am going to go on a 10 week low dose of the Stanozolol and see what happens.

I will report back and get new blood work done and let you know.

Make sure you keep up updated on this. I'd love to give it a try but it's a little pricey at this point for me.

My SHBG is high at 48.1 in a range of 14.5-48.4

so you cruise indefinitely with 25mg of Winstrol (winny) basically once a week? And are we talking injectable or oral?

Would oral work also?

Well, depending on who you ask, the theory is that injectable is less harsh on the liver because it avoids the "first pass" through the liver that the oral version has to go through.

I'm sure oral WOULD work, injectable is probably healthier if your going to be using it for a while...
