New Maximus client. What can you tell from my starting blood values

I paid the $50 fee for the female hormone panel on privatemdlabs. Want to see what my E2 is at with my current arimidex dosage. Blood gets drawn this thursday it will be 2 days after test injection and a day after arimidex and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG).

Lately i have been having brest pain. Its a tearing burning feeling in my left breast. Its not constant, it usually increases as the day goes on. I had surgery on this breast about 5 years ago. Drs removed a small fatty mass that was deemed non cancer. If you press below my nipple it feels like there is a scoop of my chest missing.

I dont think its gyno since ive had this discomfort in the past. Do you think it could be scar tissue tearing from heavy lifting? I had an ultrasound of the area prior to starting my protocol and it came back normal. My right nipple and breast are just fine. Would gyno only attack one side or both?

its not gyno. I spoke to a physical therapist friend of mine who suggested i massage the area and ice it. So far so good. I wrecked chest in the gym and i didnt feel an ounce of burning or tearing.

I did had new Labs done to see where my blood values were. Here are the results.

total testosterone: 1323 ng/dl
LH: 0.02 mIU/mL
Estradiol: 40 pg/mL

blood was drawn a day after taking my arimidex and hcg.

i plan on adding a tiny bit more arimidex to the equation.

Nice. Sticking with Chip's protocol got you dialed in nicely almost spot on! Great numbers for just starting.

Biggest question is how do you feel? Anything you wish you could dial a little better? I think where you are now is just about small tweaks.

IMO not going overboard with the adex and taking what Chip recommended was absolutely right. Your estradiol is a little high so you can add a little more adex if you want, but be conservative. Based on your doses and recent readings, I bet we are similar which means I don't aromatize much so have to be very careful with AIs. I am like Chip - depending where I am I'll take either adex or aromasin. I've crashed my e too many times and prefer to run it "high" based on where most folks think it should be (in the 20s) however I feel much better overall if I am in the 32-42 range, prefer 30s.

So, keeping this in mind, tweak slowly. Adex's half life is nearly 48-hours so I would NOT turn 1mg to 1.5mg. Personally, I'd take the 1mg day after inject just like you have been and add another .5mg 3-days after the 1mg EVERY OTHER TIME to start. See how you do for a few weeks and if that's not quite enough, add another .5mg 3-days after the 1mg every time.

Fortunately, I am very in tune with myself so I know take my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) when my body says I need to.

Be careful with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) - too much really throws the estrogen variable into a spin. The only time I go way to high with my e2 is if my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) gets over 1000iu/week. Outside the LH numbers, how do you feel? Is there really any reason that you feel you need more HCG? Goal just to keep the boys plump and pumpin? I believe you can go from 250iu e5d to 450iu e5d w/out any issues. Getting higher than that you'll most likely have to play with your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) more. Also, you always want to take as little Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) as possible so you don't desenstize yourself.

- 210mg's Testosterone Cypionate every 5 days
- 250 IU's of HcG day after a shot

That sounds like a large standard dose for those whose levels are in the tanks and yet you have a natural production of 636?

You have a great foundation, and your HPTA is responding. The rest of your "missing" testosterone is obviously converting into estradiol given your high E2 reading. I think all you really need is an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to control the conversion rate. That alone should boost your Testosterone levels to the upper range. This 210mg's EO5 will jus' shut you down and you'll forever be dependent on TRT.

So, once again people "stating" a dosage is too high -- not suggesting or knowing the full story. Flippin drives me nuts - this is part of the problem with doctors we are battling and why 99% of us are here -- why the f do we perpetuate uneducated, unknowing opinions as facts? 100mg t cyp e5d works for some people so it should work for all of us!!! Right. WTF.

I'm sure folks who've been around for a while know I'm passionate about this... I'll save the space w/out a rant educating folks, but when I see this crap I think it's important to call it out as such since many come here to be educated and not hear a bunch of dumbass FUD talk.

I guess the op's results being spot on proves my point for me. Oh, wait, he's 200 over "normal" on total test, so he's going to die now, right? Emergency! Get your test down before you assplode!

Looks nice brother. T is slightly above upper range and E2 is below the female range.

How do you feel at these levels?

Good mood, energy and libido?

Hey guys my name is Justin, I recently got hooked up with Chip and started my moderate protocol this last thursday. Chip has me on 25mg danazol ed, 210mg Test E e5d, 1mg arimidex and 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) day after test injection.

these are some of my starting blood values.

Total test 636 ng/dl

estrogens 65 pg/ml

shbg 34.7 nmol/l

from what i have seen my estrogen is pretty high. do you think a lot of my natural test is aromatizing?

Did you get your lipids checked before starting? Keep your diet in check because arimidex is known to increase lipids. Good luck brother..

i had a full lipid test done with my preliminary blood test. I can get my lipids checked at my gym. The physical therapist there has a scanner in his office. I got my blood tested when i joined the gym.

aside from a head cold i am battling at the moment i feel pretty fantastic. Erections are rock hard and occur more often now, sometimes unwated... lol testicles are still a good size, penis sensitivity is up, no acne, no oily skin, no thinning hair, no mood swings or self loathing depression. my BP is still a tad high at 148/86 last time it was tested. people comment that i have "rosy" cheeks and seem red to them. I agree, body temp seems to have increased as i get hot easily but i dont drop buckets of sweat or anything.

I definitely feel 10x better then i ever did in the past using prohormones (bold 200).

I haven't seen a dramatic change in my body yet, i currently lift on a 5 day split and probably should add cardio to the equation. After the holidays its game on for sure.

I came down with a nasty double ear infection just in time for christmas. I am on a 10 day course of augmentin to clear it up. Ive missed more than a few workouts.

Do antibiotics Effect Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) meds at all?

Thats what I was thinking. Why are you on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? Am I missing something here?

I got new labs done. Its been about a month since i upped my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosage to 1.5mg e5d. I am pleased with the results.

Blood was drawn in the morning prior to my testosterone shot. Here is my new dosing schedule and lab results.

day 1: testosterone (200mg)
day2: 1mg Aromatase inhibitor (AI), 250iu HCG
day3: nothing
day4: .5mg AI
day5: nothing
Repeat...

Total test: 1043 ng/dl
Estradiol: 30.7 pg/ml

oh hell yea! the sex drive is amazing. Since i started following 3Js diet i have lost inches and kept my weight up.

plan is to be in the best shape of my life for my 30th birthday August 27th.
