Shipping and Response times for Direct Connect Nutrition

Last week I put in an order to direct connect nutrition. I have yet to hear anything from them as far as if my order has been shipped. I logged into the store to check my order and it is still (Processing). However my credit card has been successfully charged.

I have emailed DCN about my order and have yet to get a reply.

I'm looking for some advise or testimonials about DCN.
