Shipping p-mag failed need help

Ok so i shipped out 1 bottle of p-mag and just received a message in my email about my order. It said unfortunately we failed to deliver the postal package you have send on the 27th of july in time because the recipient's address is erroneous please print out the label copy attached and collect the package at our office. Would it be safe to go pick it up? I heard P-mag is legal but im not 100% sure. Please help me out thanks guys
