hi guys i have friend that he was to to a short cylce of test like a one month
what do you guys thinks

propionat or test suspension

3 injection a week

how many mg per injection

he has arimex and nolvadex in hand

what do you thing

he is 5-7 and 194 pound 31 year old
20% fat


i am allready in a cylce but i am using
test-cypio two time a week 500 mg
for 12 weeks


come guys help me with this
 
test prop min 8 weeks bro 500mg a week 100mg eod or .75 ed if the prop is 100 adex good Aromatase inhibitor (AI) shouldnt need it but if so .5 eod and sides go .25 eod standard nolva post cycle therapy (pct) 3 days after last pin
 
No 100 mg eod meaning every other day. Or. 75mg ed meaning everyday. Lots of pinning on prop but best for what your asking

You dont have to do 500 a week. 100mg per week is the minimum I would go with for prop...150 eod would be a little better imo.
 
100mg a week is less than a healthy person even makes isn't it? And if you're going to do all that pinning, doing it for that little isn't worth it.

You'll actually get more test from 100eod prop than you would from the same amount of enth thanks to ester weights.

No the average healthy male produces about 7mg a day which is about 50mg a week.

To answer the original question prop is prolly the better option. You can get away with less mg/week with prop because the ester weight is less therefore you're getting more of the actual "test". So 100mg eod which is 400mg/wk is plenty to see gains.

The benefits I would see of the suspension are that it is water based so you could slin pin it, which are much easier injects imo. Also since it has no ester weight at all you get a true 100mg per ml. The cons are everyday injects which some say still can't keep blood levels even. Also I've heard that it can crash easily and have painful injection sites.

Nobody's mentioned this, so I will:

Tell your buddy he needs to lose some weight, gear isn't going to turn him into a fitness model. 20% body fat isn't anywhere near 'athletic' even. Anyone who actually goes to a gym 3-4+ days per week and doesn't eat like a pig or drink like a lush should be ~15% or less.

Diet first, gear later.
 
Except , essays for power lifters. Some of them are quite portly, but I think the jist of what you're saying is correct. But plenty of people run cycles over weight and end up much leaner, just have to be even more careful of e levels

You have a point about the "strongman" type guys. They usually hold a lot more mass because it lends itself to power.

Yes, a cycle will help lean you out, but I'd never suggest one for someone TO lean them out. You've got to have a backbone and fight for those hard earned pounds naturally. You benefit so much more if you've got the gym and diet on lockdown before you touch the gear.
