say your takeing 2 shots a week ....(250mg/ml QV enthate)how far should you space them out .......for example i took a shot today ..now whens the ideal tie to take my next shot

I always plan on monday wednesday, but i am always so anxious to start i usually end up doing sunday wednesday, lol.
