Hi all, This is my first post so bare with me
Firstly my stats, 29, 5'7 150lb, 15% bf
I did a Tbol cycle 6 months ago with a couple of jabs of Sustanon (sust) 250 to keep me on while abroad.
Looking at a new cycle in early 2011, I have settled on:
500mg/wk test enanthate 10 wks
60mg Tbol ED wk 1-4 and wk 7-10
.5mg Arimadex EOD WK 1-10
PCT will be Tamoxifen wk 13-16
80mg/60mg/40mg/20mg
My question is should i add clen to this cycle or replace the tbol, in the hope of shedding some bf? please pick holes in my cycle plan as i am a newbie:shoot3:

Personally I would not. I've never used Clen to be honest but from what I understand it elevates your blood pressure. I can't imagine that to be too pleasant on cycle.

But more importnantly I don't think you'll need it. 15% BF isn't too bad and it will go down on cycle. Why not replace the Tbol with Winstrol (winny)? I'd prefere Win or Tren to Clen any day.

As far as post cycle therapy (pct) goes, might wanna add some HCG during the cycle. Last time I've used Tbol it shut me down hard and I was glad to have had some HCG on hand.

Thanks man that's interesting, I don't really want to risk the dry joints from the Winstrol (winny) as I do play an active sport, plus I heard People have reported tendon damage? Not sure how true that is.
So hcg would be arimadex?
Could you reccomend dosage etc?

Thanks for your reply, much appreciated

you should probably progress a bit more natty before you even thought of cycling.. 5'7 150lb 15% isnt to impressive. you know what they say if you cant make gains natty then cyclings not gonna do you any good

No hcg is nothing like arimidex. Arimidex stops testosterone from converting to estrogen.
HCG boosts your natural test levels and recovers your family jewels.

Plenty of good information on dosage and use in this forum and other places. I don't mean to be rude by not just giving you the info but its better and safer when you do your own research.

Good luck

Thanks I understand what yr saying, I have gained naturally over some years, I used to be real skinny prob around 125.
Reading some threads on here it seems some don't beleive in the use of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), I now understand why some use it but can't find any brand or abreveated names.

I've not heard that not making natty gaines makes cycling pointless?

at your weight if you run clen you ll create a vacuum you ll shrink so fast and pop oughta view..really.
Shit kills my appetite, make s me shake , insomnia...makes me hot which further burn s my weight off...
eat your ass off..run test alone if you must..fuck or beat off as much as possible.. run hcg to keep your balls ready for pct...

nah ive never cycled so i cant say from experience but my understanding is most people say you shouldnt really cycle till you reach around 200lb and around 12-14% bf naturally.. just so you know how to diet and ttrain properly and your not gonna lose your gains when you come off the cycle?

That is true but I disagree with it. Sure if you aren't able to reach 200+ lbs naturally because you dont diet or workout the right way, the gear wont help much either and often people end up getting hurt.

But if everything you do is correct, then there is no need to wait years, you can start and bulk up quicker. Thats my take on the whole thing anyway.

But the other guy said everything already. Run test and bulk up, worry about fat loss later.

So you reccomend ditching the tbol and roll with test only? Also what's yr thoughts on my pct?

If we don't listen to others opinions we cannot learn, if we don't learn we cannot move forward, if we don't move forward we will never get to where we want to be in life!

im sorry im really not trying to be a RJ here but if ur 150 lbs, you dont need clen, you need diet and training help

Ok so based on all yr thoughts I guess il leave the cycling for the already huge guys and work hard on my diet and training for a few years

If I could get to 200lb in reasonable time through diet and training alone I wouldn't be looking at cycling test, just my opinion, and I am grateful to hear all yours.

Just run the Test at 500mgs for 12 weeks, eat like crazy, and you will see results.

Forget clean IMO it sucks, get some hcg to kick your balls back in.
Just keep the cycle simple.

nope. bad advice. dont cycle till youre at least 175 lbs natural.

doing gear at 150 lbs is like getting breast implants at age 11.

Agree with you on that one. Back in the day everyone cycled right away. Nowdays everyone thinks they need to make rules and guidelines and act all high and mighty about it.

Just learn how to train and eat properly and then cycle away. Many guys just cant get it into their head for some reason, they dont realize they need to adjust their diets and training as they progress. Oh well if you're one of these guys then nothing will ever help you. But I repeat, if you know what you're doing and what you're supposed to do, theres no reason at all to waste so many years.

I was 170 when I started. Got up to 230 within 2 years. Sure I could have waited 5 years to get there naturally and then cycle. But wheres the f*cking difference?! 5 years wasted if you ask me.:cockblock

Get test and maybe some dbol, dose it relativley low, maybe taper it up slowly. Eat more good calories and forget about fat loss, no one cares if you have abs at 160lbs.

Live your life the way you want to live it. Wanna be 200+ lbs? Then be it, dont wait till your dead. Again, thats my take on it. Dont expect anybody on here to agree with me.

i'd get some simple bloodwork done to check out your test and free test levels. mine were well above average even and i'm 28. but you could be on the low side, get it checked. i agree with the idea of seeing natty gains before you cycle... not necessarily with the idea of reaching your natty genetic limit before you cycle. realistically, most people it will take 5-10 years to hit your natty peak... depending on when you start. if you can make STEADY natty gains for a year or so, in my book that would tell me you understand the concept of how to train and diet to promote continuous muscle growth. to do that for a full year means you've adjusted your diet as you've gotten bigger, and probably your training. so yeah, i'd say hold for a while, though i won't jump right in and say you need to hit your genetic limit. take the time to learn how YOU grow and maintain natty and when you can really look at yourself and say with confidence that you understand it.... then you can step in and use the gear to help you pick up the pace on reaching your goals....

i mean... that's how i see it anyway.
