Should i ask for TRT?

I'm 30/m and have gotten my testosterone levels checked yesterday through a private lab:

Testosterone Total, 345 348-1197 ng/dL

Along with that i have hypothyroidism and hashimoto's disease.I just bring that up cause i read it will drop your T levels.I have been on thyroid meds for awhile and have gotten those levels about where they should be.My questions is though, Does anyone think my levels are low enough for my doctor to prescribe testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? I have anxiety/depression/brain fog constantly all day long. Will having low T make you feel like that?My doctor is a GP so im hoping he knows enough about it to treat me.I'm not really sure where i should be as far as my age and levels go.Searched different things but have no clue what im looking for.Just hoping someone could help me out.I appreciate it.

I was a hair below you at 335 and I asked for it and now i'm on TRT.. doesn't hurt to ask! If they say no take your blood work to another doctor :)

Just be prepared to give yourself a weekly shot.. or a daily gel? for the rest of your life.

Thanks for the response. If it makes me feel better i wouldn't have a problem taking it the rest of my life! I have to with my thyroid medicine so a shot once a week is nothing!Gonna see the doctor on the 20th so will see what he ends up saying.
