Should I do a cycle or just be patient and be natty?

I'm a female powerlifter, and I've hit a really bad plateau. I've been stuck at the same # on bench for around 10 months, no progress on deadlift for about the same amount of time, and I haven't gained that much on squat either. I'm also at a (10 lbs) heavier bodyweight so I should be lifting more. I thought my levels were messed up so I got a hormone blood test and they're normal. I've changed programs, gyms, diet, etc and nothing is working. I've been lifting for 3 years, powerlifting specifically for 1.5. I'm getting really frustrated, this is bs. All I want is to lift more weight and its just not happening no matter what I do. I'm running out of patience and my shitty performance is making me miserable.

I'm considering doing a cycle. I was thinking about doing a low dose of Anavar and test. I don't care that much about side effects, I just need to lift more weight. I was trying to stay natty, but this just isn't working so I don't know if I should give it more time, or stop spinning my wheels and just do the cycle already. I don't know if it's possible that I've reached my 'genetic potential' after only 3 years? Also I've been told that using steroids is a 'lifetime commitment' and you don't just stop, you have to 'blast and cruise'. Is that true? Or can I just use one time and be done with it? Also, would I need PCT? One thing I'm afraid of is losing my gains after the cycle is over, or getting weaker and my hormones being messed up and not making test just estrogen. Is it even possible to just do a cycle to get over this stupid plateau and be done with it? And what dose would you reccomend for me? And is the anavar and Test a good idea or would yall reccomend something else?

Thanks in advance.

Also, what do yall think of MechanoGrowth Factor? I've read about it and it sounds good, but has anyone used it, and if so did it work? And can I take that by itself or is it one of those things that only works if you take it with steroids?

I know very little about anabolic use in women so I will leave that up to some other more experienced members on here. However, post up some info about your training, diet, and your stats and maybe someone on here can help with that as thats usually the biggest issue people have when they can't seem to make progress.

Used to be around 150lbs, would cut to 145 for meets. At the end of last year bulked to 160, zero fucks given diet.. Didn't gain strength like I thought I would so now I eat pretty clean 90% of the time, eating at a very slight deficit (around 150 cal a day) to cut slow but not lose any more strength. I'm now around 156-8. I'm 5'2, estimated 20-22% bf, not that concerned with aesthetics, just strength and wilks points.
I train 4x a week, powerlifting routine: 2 bench days, a squat day and a deadlift day.

whats your age..?

honestly.. first thing I would try doing if your goal is to increase your bench press.. take some time off from benching and train the body parts that are used in the bench press movement separately for awhile.

example - train triceps with a lot of pressing movements, close grip bench press, close grip push ups, over head dumbbell.. also hit the front delts on a seated press machine,, hit the lats with lat pul down and pull ups,, hit the chest with cables.. etc..

give those muscles individually time to get strengthened and then come back to bench press stronger.. your bench press is only as strong as the weakest link in the chain.. several body parts are used in bench, as I'm sure you know..

I'm not going to recommend any thing regarding AAS until I know your age-- but testosterone is not a good idea for a female imo

If you try out AAS you will have a hard time competing against other enhanced athletes, so that can be an issue. Also, get advice from someone that trains women and knows about aas use with women.
and I'd stay away from androgenic compounds like test, mast, tren. Anavar, and deca are better suited for females.

Strong username op. I am assuming you are coming here from BB.com since they love to call me a "phaggot" over there whenever I post something logical. Women do not need pct as far as I know. You should go look into the female forums. Also, how old are you and what are your goals a powerlifter? What do your lifts look like now? What lifts will you want to focus on?

I agree with Roush in saying that the best way to get a bigger bench is to train other muscles used in the lift. Add some heavy military press, close grip bench, reverse grip bench, weighted dips, and heavy pulldowns (lats play a role in stability while bringing down the bar).

If you are a serious female competitor then you will have to use test and stronger androgenics at some point. I am sure that the female powerlifters at a high level use a lot of compounds not meant for women. Make sure you are ready to face the hair loss, change in facial structure, sex organ issues, and other virilization that comes with these compounds. Tell us your age and goals in powerlifting and we are more likely to help you, but in my opinion you need to be talking to other women who have experience with this kind of thing.

I'm 32 and at my last meet in the old (148) weight class, I came very close to an elite total (13 lbs short) and now at 156-8 my #s are about the same. 280/170/340 are my best lifts so far. I wanted to make it to elite total (853 for this weight class) without using anything but right now it don't look like it's gonna happen, which is why I'm considering a cycle.

And I know if I compete in Feds where they all use, I'll have to use all kinds of shit but I'll worry about that later. The side effects aren't really a concern for me. I already have acne and I'm FA so I don't really care about reproductive side effects and whatnot.

whats "FA"?

I hope someone comments that knows more about this, but you may have to seek advice outside of these great forums. As a woman seeking a goal of strength through the use of AAS you will not meet many like minded people. The guys here are used to giving other men advice. There are some women on these forums, but I don't really see them around too often. I hope that you eventually get the answers you want and succeed in becoming a good powerlifter. Just keep in mind all of the issues that powerlifters face, and even more so for yourself being a woman.

whats "FA"?

It means she does not think she'll ever get or need a boyfriend.. basically she's fine being 'forever alone' and so she may not be too concerned with side effects in regards to looks, let alone sexual reproduction

Bodybuilding, power lifting, all sports at high level arenall about steroids. But i wouldn't know what to recommend so yes do steroids! Lol

If I were a chick.. I'd just start with a SARM for strength.. like LGD-4033.. then go from there, , later on then work up to VAR, Primo, and possibly Winny at very moderate dosages

If she wants to really compete she will be using tren, halo, and high dose test at some point. Only way to win in this game. I dont know if OP is mentally prepared for what that shit brings with it for a woman. I agree with your stack for a bikini competitor, but a PL needs the strongest AAS.

I have the feeling from screen name this might bot be serious

I am serious. Im just not ready to post my real name or anything that would give more hints about my identity, cause I'm not even sure if I'm gonna do it and I don't want people I know in my business. I already posted my stats, which was more than I was comfortable with posting, but I really do need advice from people who know about this. The ppl at my gym are all natty, and my friends from my old gym don't know shit about a cycle for women. So sorry I didn't post a more serious name, but I don't think my screen name really matters that much.

When you say 'at some point', does that mean start small with maybe the var and lower dose test and I guess work my way up to the real shit eventually? I've read that women should 'never' use tren... but as stated above I care about lifting more than I care about looking pretty and whatnot. Right now my skin is so bad it looks like I'm on anyway, and I never want to do a figure or physique show so looks are not an issue for me. I once saw a guy do tren and start coughing like hell and that was a deterrent to me more than anything else I've heard about it. But I am mentally prepared. Nothing can be worse than the way not progressing is making me feel. Some days I can't even lift weights I've done for 3 and 4 reps in the past, which is beyond frustrating. This has been going on for months and I'm getting desperate, which is why I don't think any side effects are gonna bother me that much as long as I'm moving the heavy weight like I want to.

Alot of yall are saying you don't really know what a woman should take, so if you know any women or ppl who do, can you pls ask them to PM me? I'd apprecitate it.
