Hey everyone.

First, i must tell you my english is not good. Sorry for that :)

I have social anxiety since i was born. This is really bad disorder. And my testosterone level is 400 ng/dl. My doctor said everything is good. But I'm 21 years old. (7 months older)

I tried powerlifting and my testosterone level was 700 ng/dl and decreased 500 ng/dl then 450 ng/dl. Powerlifting works. But it wasnt permanent.

When my testosterone level was 700 ng/dl, I felt great, motivated. I cant imagine how i will feel if my testosterone level was 1000 ng/dl.

I use antidepressant and antipsychotic and this drugs are bad and harmful. I wanna stop this drugs but if i stop, i will feel like shit. I already feel like shit with drugs but my social anxiety is high. But without drugs and with high testosterone, i feel great.

Which one you will choose? Testosterone or antipsychotic?

All of them were drawn in the morning? I'm finding it difficult to believe your TT level swings between 700ng/dl and 400ng/dl simply by lifting weights. There could be a small boost but +300ng/dl is unheard of.

Any other life style changes during these blood draws? Change of medications or dosages? etc.

If you're capable of producing 700ng/dl simply with lifestyle changes then you definitely do not need any treatment. IF you were producing 400ng/dl consistently that would be a different story, but you're not by the looks of it.

I agree. It sounds like you need to make lifestyle changes. And getting off those other medications would likely be beneficial. What are you doing to find a long-term solution for your anxiety (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy)?

CBT didnt work. Guys, powerlifting worked at first. I am not procuding 700 ng/dl. My testosteron level is 400 ng/dl. I think thats because i feel tried and like shit.

how is your sleep?

@prince, 300ng fluctuations is not really unheard of. if you slept bad, were anxious the night before the test, the levels can drop 300

What makes you think 400ng/dl isn't normal for your age? You aren't that far below and you have shown that lifestyle changes can improve your TT. Going gon TRT would be foolish.

400 is normal for 21 years old? Well i dont think it is. But at the end of the day we must be treating symptoms, not a number. Research has shown that an average number for your age is somewhere between 620-690. But we have to know that those numbers represent the whole population, included the hypogonadal men.

you still have many options before going trt:
-finding the underlying problem/root cause- tyhroid, damage to testes, head trauma, pituitary mri, sleep study etc.
-AI monotherapy
-hcg Monotherapy
-serms

When u talk about your sleep, it doesnt matter if u sleep 6 or 10 hours, important is the quality of sleep.

Guys, maybe antipsychotics reduced my testosterone level. I will try a PCT for a month.

Nolvadex: 20/20/20/20
Clomid: 25/25/25/25

How is that?

Yes, but not simply by lifting weights :) Hence why I agreed lifestyle changes are likely all that's needed here. And/or possibly dropping the meds.

Op why take nolva and clomid if you can push your tt to 700 just by lifting weights? I i was ever 700 i would not consider trt at all. Do you know that nolva and clomid have probably the most side effects of any "anabolic" medicine?

Clomid or nolvadex is more dangerous than testosterone?

I cant push with bodybuilding bro. Only powerlifting and its very hard.
