I'm doing a bulking phase. I'm even going to take a weight gainer for a month...and I currently do 30 min cardio every workout, should I keep doing cardio during the bulk phase or stop? Maybe less cardio? The bulking phase will last about 3-4 months
Okay, light as in amount of time, or light as in heart rate...I do 30 min with HR @ 130 ...can I get away with 15-20 min, or should I stick with 30? Thanks
