I've always been taking creatine and I drink like 3 liters of water a day,so it's all good. I'll contact 3J and ask him for a bulking diet&vitamin consultation. Thanks.
I would bulk in high cal.. High carbs all winter.. Summer cut carbs n slice cal by 1/3.. get a good weight gainer man.. N dnt waste ur.money on any of these supps they have at vit shoppe or gnc.. Spend ur.money at the grocery store!! .. Get a good workout book to find new excercises!! im glad you asked before u went on a rampage n jacked ur body to shit.. At this age u have alot of potential utilize it!!
