Should my nipples be feeling like this?

This is my first cycle:
Test E 500 mgs per wk(Sun nite Thurs morn)
HCG 500 iu's per wk(Sun nite Thurs morn)
12.5 mg Aromasin ed
(I'm in week 7 now)

My nipples are a little sore... How do u KNO when UR getting gyno? They were sometimes a little sore even before I started my cycle. I have Letro on hand. What r the signs that someone on a first cycle would know to start running the Letro? What would b the right way to blast it? Do u keep running Aromasin at the same time? Please help...

As good and as recommended as it is. HCG can increase the chances of developing gyno, if you are prone to it. Up your aromasin to 25mg. And if it still persists......use some nolva.

i always have extra nolva on hand. use 20mg ed until symptoms subside. then you can stop. Repeat process as needed.

As good and as recommended as it is. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) can increase the chances of developing gyno, if you are prone to it. Up your aromasin to 25mg. And if it still persists......use some nolva.

It's ok to take a week off of HCG...

And i'm no expert, but i always read NO nolva during cycle.

No Nolva, if it can be avoided until post cycle therapy (pct). But if symptoms of gyno develop, it is recommended.

I'm not prone to gyno, but the few times I started to feel my nips getting sore, nolva worked like a champ.

my nipples always get hard and sensitive on test...............gyno should hurt, but ive never had it so i cant be sure. most pics I see of gyno, nipples point outwards.

Its normal for your nipples to get soar on test , Id stay away from letro while your on a cycle from what Ive heard. Nolva is your best friend with test.

why is nolva frowned upon ive always been recommended nolva for test just to never run it where their is any decca involved

Nolva doesn't lower estrogen, its like taking cough syrup for a sinus infection instead of antibitotics, it just hides the symptoms. High estro is still flowing through your veins, wreaking havoc on your body.

Generally prior to the accumulation of any glandular tissue (i.e. hard knots), there will be an associated accumulation of fatty tissue in and around the nipple.

If your soreness leads to swelling and and an increase in fatty tissue around the nipple, then increase your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ASAP.

In most case, a simple accumulation of fatty tissue will subside once the E2 level is normalized.

If left unchecked, enlargement of glandular tissue is likely to occur. This is distinct from simple fatty deposits in that is is generally firm or hard feeling and very sensitive.

And 25 mg ED of aromisin is perfectly fine. Even tho nolva will stop gyno, like oak said it does nothing to lower estro, it simply blocks it at the receptor.

I am very gyno prone and get it every cycle even with Aromatase inhibitor (AI). It's a hard small knot. It generally goes away when off or is just so small I can't notice it.

Ok.... So I've increased my Aromasin to 25 mg ed. My nipples don't look any different than before my cycle started. They are jus a little sore to the touch. Since this is my first cycle I didn't know what to expect. I'm gathering this is normal. Is there anything else I need to do?

Btw cycle is going GREAT !!! I'm 5'4... in week 7 of GP TEST E... started at 195 now at 209 & JACKED AS FUCK!!!
