Should This Side Concern Me?

Third cycle, 42, 185, 10% BF - Test E @ 500MG pw (mon&Thurs) with AMDX at .5 EOD. I am on TRT so this is a blast (500pw total Test). I had pre and mid cycle bloods done and estradiol was in the right place according to everybody who looked at my blood work here on Ology. I've had slightly puffy nipples throughout the majority of this cycle which seem to fluctuate depending on the time of day and when my last shot was. I realize that the additional hormones cause some swelling at times but I want to ask if this could lead to gyno even with Estradiol in check? Or if there is something else I should do to aid the issue? Or is it even something to worry about given estradiol is where it should be? Thx for the help

Your fine bro especially if youve had blood work 500 test isnt alot your ai should be more than enough. I know what you mean about the nips sometimes i wake up look in the mirror there nice and small pointy cuz its chilly, other times look like puffy little peperonis dont worry about it.

That makes me feel a million times better; thank you!

I assume you have nolva on hand already? If you feel any hard lumps form behind or near the nipple (that's really the only reason to be worried - puffiness can occur for a thousand different reasons) you can just start running your nolva or ralox and you'll be sweet :)

Helpful Thx. I don't have Nolva on hand because I'm a TRT patient so I just revert back to my TRT protocol post cycle. Would Nolva still help in the event that any small lump formed while running TRT? I don't have any lumps now but certainly am not opposed to having on hand if needed. TRT dose is 200 Test Cyp EW

Nolva (Tamoxifen) lessens the effectiveness of Arimidex (Anastrozole) when used together. You shouldn't start using Nolva while on Arimidex. Raloxifene would be a better choice as it doesn't have any known interactions with Nolva. You can run a low dose as an "insurance" policy against gyno.

But puffy nipples is not gyno.
