I've recently been having some shoulder discomfort in my right shoulder. I have a couple ideas in mind as to why this might be happening, I want your imput.
My thought:
1: Training to frequently (overtraining)
2: Started using BB bench press again, but I'm accustom to DB press.
3: Letro dose too high/too frequent
I'm thinking one of these three reason because I do train pretty frequently, 4x a week upper/lower spit, which has me training each body part 2x a week. Reason 2 is obvious, and I think most logical. & three because, as I've mentioned in another post, I feel the letro dose (.625 ED) is leaving me too dry. I was going to cut it back, but I havent yet.
What do you guys think?
