Shoulder Injury while on Cycle | Need advice!

I heard a pop while doing barbell pullovers in my right shoulder and then when i immediately stood up i couldn't feel my arm for a second before it fixed itself with another pop sound. Me and my partner rushed to the doctor and while on our way there i passed out and woke up in the hospital. I had regained my consciousness within a few minutes (less than 5 i'm sure) and then he gave me some medicines and i went back home with a bit of pain.

I had already spent 230 dollars on purchasing the gear before this happened. So i skipped gym for a week and then started again. I began juicing after this 1 week rest btw. This is what i'm on right now-

Test-C 400mg/week for 12 weeks
Dbol 30mg/daily for 6 weeks

Yes i do have AI's and PCT with me but the problem i'm finding it real hard to lift now. My joint starts to hurt and make pop noises whenever i do shoulder exercises. I can't squat or bench or dead! (fml) and i'm on the 2nd week of my cycle.

So what do you guys think i should do? Quit gear? If i do that i won't be able to use it again as it's going to expire in the upcoming 14 weeks -_-
So yeah, quit gear and rehab or should i continue juicing and lift light? But that means 'little gains' right?

Thanks in advance.

Pct, rehab, and live to cycle another day. I would at least get an mri or something to see how severe it is.

U spent all that money on gear that is expiring in a short time?
Yes, i know that's stupid. But it's really hard to get "QUALITY" gear here in India. My cycle was going to end in April and the expiry date of my gear for June-July'ish.

I wouldn't worry too much about the expiry date. The gear should still be fine if you store it properly.

I'd worry more about what you did to your shoulder, and the odd after-effects you're experiencing.
