Shoulder inury help

i've had this nagging shoulder injury for the pat few months and i cant figure out what is wrong with it.

i went to do my usual chest routine yesterday and i had problems. doing regular flat bench i could feel slight pain but nothing that hurt really. then i tried to do incline and i though i was gonna drop the weight on my head, the bad thing was i thought it might hurt so i used very light weight. i cant do flat flies either. but i have no problems doing decline press/flys

my shoulder workout is weird too. i can do lateral raises and front raises but i cant do overhead presses

any ideas?
 
i apply icy hot to my shoulders every night and it has been working well.

I also do rotator work before every chest\shoulder\tri workout.

Icy hot is my new best friend.
