sick weight gain!

when i started my cycle 5 weeks ago i weighed 221lbs. around 15 or 16 % BF (i think). Today i weighed in at 241. I figured id weigh 240ish at the end of my cycle, not half way through. I am deff holding a lil water despite my proviron intake i guess 25mg a day is a lil low. strength gains are amazing, bench is up from 265 for 4 to 315 for 4. And from the pics i took, my back almost doubled in size. Can i tell a difference if i I am holding water or gaining fat? im eating about 4500 cals a day mostly meat products and taking 3 protein shakes a day. 1 mornign one post workout and one at night. BTW im taking sust 500mg a week for 10 weeks, and 25 mg proviron a day.

I'm sure your holding some water but just keep on plugging away and see what you weigh at the end of the cycle.
 
Remember to keep increasing your caloric intake as you go. What was once enough calories for bulking at 221, could now be just maintenance at 240 lbs.
 
Try upping the sust to 4cc's per week and watch that weigh keep comming. But follow the above advice and keep the food comming!Congratulations on all the progress
 
Alot!!! Just eat everyhing and anything! And then the ladies will be making you dinner, so they can watch you flex the big biceps and hug'em real tight!!!

Im going to keep it at 500mg though. Ive had no sides at all so far. except a little acne on my face. Im going to let it ride and see what happens.(i am considering a litttle prop for weeks 11 and 12 though :)) thanks guys for your replys.
 
how does he gain so much on sust and proviron,and Im taking anadrol 50mg a day for 6 wks and test cyp 400mg a wk for 10 wks on my 2nd wk and dont notice any gain only strength? 5000 cals a day not enough protein though going to increase it so I get 300grms a day hope thats enough (3 shakes)! I dont really have a body base before I started cycle but ate 5000cals a day 2 months before I started cycle and gained 20pds but dont even notice that only in my gut! went from 140-164 my goal is to be around 190-200 after cycle.
 
could be a bunch of reasons. not training hard enough. Poor diet. not enough protein. too much cardio. over training. fake gear.

Get yourself dipped in the water tank so you know what your lbm gain is for sure. Normally 500mg of test wouldn't need an anti-e., but at your BF it's a good idea.. I know, I went into my first cycle way to fat.

Nice cycle by the way, I like the idea of running the prop as the sust fades away.

Get in there work hard, watch the junk food and eat big AND clean to help with the bloat and fat.

Drol can take up to 2 weeks to kick in. You should feel it anytime soon, or it's bunk.
 
mass rookie, quick note on nutrition from my perspecitve:
5000cals should yeild WAY more protein then 300gms...300gms is only 1200 cals and put down that damn shake and pick up a STEAK!!!

and at 164lbs 5000 cals is way to much unless you are a 17 year old track star in which case you shouldnt be on the sauce...but actually 5000cals with more like 500gms protein will get the job done but you will prolly gain much more fat then you would like.

quick rule of thumb...you wana be 200lbs (which sounds way to agressive if you have been 140lbs within the last 2 years). while juicin you should get 2 times your desired weithg in grams of protein or 400grams and you really want like 40% of your total calories from protein, %40 from complex carbs and 20% from killer fats like flax, walnuts, olive oil and a great EFA sup. so this means that you need to be eatin roughly 3600cals/day and try to get all your food from....FOOD and not bars and shakes, only use them in a pinch.

disclaimer....i am very new to this board and LOVE it so please heed my title of ROOKIE cause i resemble that remark :) i just finally saw a spot where i thought i had a slight chance to contribute.
