when i started my cycle 5 weeks ago i weighed 221lbs. around 15 or 16 % BF (i think). Today i weighed in at 241. I figured id weigh 240ish at the end of my cycle, not half way through. I am deff holding a lil water despite my proviron intake i guess 25mg a day is a lil low. strength gains are amazing, bench is up from 265 for 4 to 315 for 4. And from the pics i took, my back almost doubled in size. Can i tell a difference if i I am holding water or gaining fat? im eating about 4500 cals a day mostly meat products and taking 3 protein shakes a day. 1 mornign one post workout and one at night. BTW im taking sust 500mg a week for 10 weeks, and 25 mg proviron a day.
