Side Effects of High T and High Estradiol?

I am going to see my doc but thought I would get input herein. Pellets 1 month in. 2000units (10 pellets). Been taking 300mg of DIM. Pre insertion TT was 289 and Free T was 5.8 and Estadiol was 40.2

Now:

TT - 2,265 (scale was to 1,100)
Free T: 435 (scale was to 155.0)
Estradiol: 106 (scale was to 29)

I have had anxiety but that has somewhat subsided. Are there any other side effects from either High TT, Free T or Estradiol?

Thanks for input.

You need an Aromatase Inhibitor if you are going to keep your TT that high. Side effects of high estradiol include anxiety extreme fatigue, gynecomastia, acne, bloating, high BP, water retention, feeling very emotional, etc.

Long-term it is likely unhealthy to keep your TT and FT at supraphysiological levels as well. You doc has you running a cycle

It was 106 on my last test. I am now on 0.25 X 2 times a week of Arimidex. I will get my blood drawn next week. I phased it in from 0.125MG due to other's thoughts of sensitivity. I do notice my nipples are less sensitive. So perhaps some edge has been taken off. However, I am also hopeful more fluid being released as dosage increases.

On my last blood draw AST was raised which is concerning so I will track that on my next blood draw next week.

Question: How will I know the AI is kicking in? I have noticed my nipples are less sensitive. My doc said I could lose some water weight too. I know the symptoms are listed on the sticky but I was wondering what some people felt when the AI was starting to work. Thanks.

monitor your blood pressure daily , first thing in the morning. as estrogen elevates your body begins to hold more water and your BP goes up accordingly . as your estrogen comes down you'll begin to loose some of the water retention and this will show up as lower BP then before.

if you want to know for sure though , then do blood work

How does your blood panel look? is your estradiol any lower?
