Side effects

I'm looking for advise on supplements.I like anyone want the advantages that may be gained by use supplements and want the very best but I don't know enough to step into steriods.Mixing and blending the wrong aids could be a mistake.Is there any completely safe steriod out there ?
 
i started out with
1. a multivit
2. whey protein
neither of these are a steroids and they are my personal favorite
for building blocks for weightlifting

No, there's really not a perfect totally side-effect free steroid available. There are some that have fewer sides than others like Primobolan and Anavar. Generally, the steroids with the least amount of sides are going to yield the least results. This is the trade off.
 
there are supps you should take all year around even if you aren't using juice that will help in your quest to build muscle. Some bro's including some of my very close friends dont use anything while on or off of steroids and it shows. Heres the list that I use.
1. Flax seed oil ( prefer oil form b/c of concentration )
2. Minerals ( zinc, magnesium, calcium )
3. CoQ10
4. ALA
5. Vitamin C ! this is one of my favorites and the benefits are deff. underated.
6. NAC and glutathione (once per day) post workout
7. Glutamine.....lots of glutamine
8. Creatine ( we cant forget about old trusty )
9. cranberry, milk thistle, garlic
10. PROTEIN!!! Sell you gym membership if you dont use this.
11. I have a few more but this is all i type. One thing to remember is that you must SUPER supplement to build and protect you body. later
 
yeah i get dirty looks when im shoving pills and powders in my mouth at the gym but no one dares stare for to long...hehe
 
Co Enzyme Q10 is gunk imo. Not necessary.
NAC is also a waste.
A good Vitamin/Mineral supplement should cover any shortfalls in the diet; though if the diet is spot on, even this is not needed.
There may be benefits to mega dosing vit c, but don't under estimate the dangers also.
Cranberry not needed if hydration is adequate - which it definately should be!
Garlic can also be disposed of.

There you go - that should save you some cash!
 
they are all waste. All you really need my friend is a multimineral supp and not even that if you diet is in tack. Vitamin c is overrated and you DONT want to OD on that stuff, watch out. Cranberry shmanberry, what a true waste of money all you need is eight glasses of water per day to combat hundreds of grams of protein per day not to mention what other things you might be ingesting in your body. And finally we come to protecting your heart, coq10, flax what a waste. I gues once a peson gets to a cetain level they really need to emphasize the importance of their organs, but for others, who cares, just take your vitamins.
 
Side effects are avoided with KNOWLEGE. If you dont study up then you are taking that risk on your own. You would be playing doctor with your body, if there wasn't safe useage possible there would be no medicinal use - so safe or not depends on you.

If you decide to run 5grams a week of test for "quicker results" then you are the one inducince the side effects.

So yes there is safe use possible, but you have to know how to make it happen. If you are looking to poke and pop willy nilly with no worries as to doses or time on and just pack on magical muscle, then correct it does not exist.
