I tell all my clients that a minimum of 800-1000 is the optimal therapeutic range. Its simply where you need to be. But you cant do it while taking no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and watching your estrogen skyrocket, or not using hcg and watching your sack shrivel. Test, hcg, and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) are the three staples of any therapeutic protocol and if they are not all synergistically composed together, than you are not on hrt..... Simple as that.

You are cycling plain and simple. The 3 have to be used together and in the correct doses. It takes time to figure that out but it's all part of the process. Chip is always here to help as well as many of the other more senior members.

How long can you stay on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) before it becomes ineffective?

I heard that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) will become less effective over time and your nuts will eventually shrink. Is this true?
