any tricks for muscles not looking so flat?? I have been on my program, went from 147 to 139 and doing pretty much lower carbs but looking flat. I almost like being a bit heavier but Im sticking with it. Any solutions, I do carb cycle but really have not had the guts to eat too many carbs. So does this go away????
 
This is completely normal. With keto alot of water is sucked out of the muscles and you will look flat. A "carb-up" or a "fat-up" will take care of it. I wouldn't worry right now though.

Keto diets are generally used for the purpose of losing fat and to get back into ketosis can be a pain in the ass if you have taken yourself out of it.

Just have a refeed and you will be okay.
