Six months of clomid cycle

Hello Everyone !

Well i want to share my first experience with clomid .So brothers i started taking clomid @ 25 mg EOD from november 5 last year and took it for 6 months till 5th may this month!

So before starting clomid in November i got my last blood work done in June and my results were:-

TT - 387 Range - 241 -827

LH - 6.75 Range 1.50 - 9.30

FSH - 3.02 Range 1.40 - 8.10

E2(not sensitive) 53.56 Range <39

So then i started taking clomid @ 25 mg EOD from November and after taking it for almost a month and a half(20th Dec.) i got my tests done again and :-

TT - 749 Range - 241 -827

LH - 10.6 Range 1.50 - 9.30

FSH- 4.3 Range 1.6 - 8.10

E2- 64 Range <39

So i kept on taking clomid until May 5th which makes up 6 months of it after my above tests and i got my blood work done again 2 days back and this is how it looks like now :-

TT - 534 Range - 241 -827

LH- 5.6 Range 1.50 - 9.30

FSH- 3.3 Range 1.6 - 8.10

E2- 57 Range <39


Though i will get another blood work done around 15 April as that would be 6 weeks of stopping my clomid so tht would give more clear picture of my HPTA !

My main reason for putting this up is cos i was curious as to what this might mean as my levels have dropped back again and this test was just been done after stopping clomid of 10 days !

Without the clomid it is to be expected that your TT will decrease some. The big question is will it stay at healthy levels or will it return to unhealthy low levels. Time will tell.

Did you feel any better while on clomid?

Hello Megatron sorry for the late reply ..

while on clomid i felt a hugeeee difference , i felt a lot of difference in my mood,
i felt a lot of difference in my strength , i felt a lot of difference in sleep and overall .
erctions were pretty better too. I m guessing all this was caused by clomid which increased my TT levels quite a lot which in turn did all these things for me.

However as i mentioned in the post too that after 10 days of discontinuing my levels had dropped .Though i dont know if the levels dropped or they had already dropped while i was on it as i was on it for 6 months and may be my body was used to it .

So i m going to get my blood work done again in 5-6 days as it would be 6 weeks by then of discontinuation.

You have just set up another thread asking for cycle advice.

Therefore your levels mean jack diddly squat!

it seems like i m back to where i started from . Even lower actually .

TT - 353 Range - 241 -827

LH- 5.7 Range 1.50 - 9.30

FSH- 2.2 Range 1.6 - 8.10

E2- 40 Range <39

it seems like i m back to where i started from . Even lower actually .

Unfortunately that is a common outcome, but it was worth the try nonetheless.
