Six Pack Fitness

To get six pack abs you need to do two things: lose fat and Build muscle . You get this by dieting and exercising daily. You can have the most toned and muscular abs, but it will not show if there is a layer of fat over them. This article will discuss ways in which you can accomplish both of these goals.

^^After getting the prerequisite "eat right and cardio and excercise blah blah blah", lets get to your question ; )
Any good supplements is there to regain my Body with six pack?

If your pretty close to getting abs, our DermaTherm Target is one way http://www.primordialperformance.com/store/dermatherm.html. Just make sure your active when applying it. You can stack it with a thermogenic, I like Recreate and Oxy Elite Pro from Usp labs.

But yeah ill have to add- make sure your eating right and training hard! Good luck.

Welcome ! :)

To "Regain you body" or get a six pack, you need to focus on your diet & Cardio & drink plenty of water. No supplement can do this for you, if the diet & trainning are not in check.

If you are trainning & dieting, you will loose fat & the only way to have noticeable abs is to loose fat in the abdomen area.

There are some good fat burners that could aid you in the process. Adderllin From NeedtoBuildMuscle, it contains potent thermogenics that help the body achieve thermogenesis.
Adderllin:

I take Need2Slin & it has helped me loose fat.

But remember, Clean, diet & Cardio/trainning are key for fat loss, without this supplements are useless.

Good luck !

Might be a good idea to look into the AndroLean product Primordial is coming out with. Should make keeping muscle mass while losing weight quite a bit easier.

I've never been real big into the fat burners, I just don't trust them. If I didn't have one and was looking to get one I would do a few things. I would make sure that I was on a good diet, trying to cut some calories. I would also make sure that I was taking both a pre-workout and a protein. Pre-workouts will have the kind of stimulants that will get you to not only work harder in the weight room but also usually help speed up your metabolism. Then, the main thing is to be doing a lot of abs. The initial six pack can take some time, but, depending on where you are starting, you can get there quickly by making sure that you do at least a couple hundred ab reps each day and you will eventually see good results.

<<<<< I have only worked out for a year and a half but I have a fast metabolism so I can eat/drink almost anything and not get fat. What I have learned is you either bulk or cut. If your worried about your abs being covered by abs then do more cardio and do high reps with abs
