skinny ass asian kid, please help

try some andro and creatine type of shit before you hit the juice... i was gonna jump right to a cycle, but some one convinced me to change my diet and do some androstienodiene and 19-norandrostiene, with glutamine and i gained at least 50 pounds of strength in all of my core exercizes... about a year later i did my first cycle and got huge, now im one my 2nd with test, tren, and a little dbol and halo testen and my strength is going through the roof.... so check out some other shit first, eat, train HARD 6 days a week, and eat, you will see results
 
sometimes eating is hard for some folks. IM in that boat I just cant muster eating X amount of calories from solid foods. In fact for some damn reason if I eat too much solid foods i just throw it up. Thats where liquid nutriton comes into play.
 
hmm its hard to try to eat 4 thousand calories and its hard to always be full because im in college and i got classs, i live on campus. im also in a fraternity so it takes up a lot of time and money is an issue. i eat about 4 meals a day and i try to make it chicken or tuna. and i also smoke, dont know if that has anything to do with it. and i drink like 1.5 liters a day of water. and thats about it and no i dont eat no fuckin cats or dogs haahaah

well, smoking isnt gonna help your gains at all.. you could be spending that money on food instead of smokes.

And you shouldnt even be thinking about running AAS, dude, you are only what.. 17? 18?

buy a big ass jug of NLarge2 by ProLab. its a pretty good gainer, and you dont gotta cook it.

Even if you do run AAS, if your diet isnt in check and you arent getting enough protein, your gains wont be very impressive.

I agree with everyone about the diet. The more you eat(clean) the better it is. But to make a comment on you taking dbol. Thats only an oral. You wanna gain weight, put some time in the gym and reach your genetic limit then start adding some good gear after you have done the homework. Your results will be better and you won't waste so much money, or risk anymore health issues that you should.

same for dunkin doughnuts.. i love them breakfast sandwiches.. I order 3 egg..bacon sausage Bagels, 2 Crossiant egg sausage sandwiches, 2 large coffee colata fuckers and one creamy doughnut and a crawler... hummm...

I don't eat veggies or shit like that.. I take mulitvitimins and drink lots of Green Tea, and that exotic mushrooms is good for your liver.. i also take this shit taht makes you Sweat.. that's good get rid of all your toxins.. i forgot the name.. sumthing like fevera or shit like that.. and I like to take Deep Shits to flush all that bad bacon grease out man.... and oh yeah.. Do some Deep Chi excerise.. taht shit really works.. the fuckin monks do it and they can bend spears with their toughts!!!! do the chi man.

Bruno you and I are on the same fucking diet! My metabolism is so fast I seriously do eat Mcds, burger king, KFC, etc....Im still able to maintain a 32 inch waist (now 33inch) waist! Some folks have to eat that way to put on weight and Im one of those folks and bruno I see! I eat Jack in da box for breakfast and I will eat out for lunch. That was my only way to put on weight and I went with it. I still watch my overall calorie intake eating this stuff looking at the menu. the most I ever took in is 5K/day in calories. I personally take two multis a day one in the morning and one in the evening. Have not got my cholestrol checked, but my BP is high. Its like 155-180 over 70 thats really high. then again my doctor tells me Im overweight at my heaviest weight 195lbs with a 32inch waist at 8% BF. He just cringes when he looks at me and tells me im 40lbs overweight the national charts.

Am i the onnly one but bulking kicks ass! Eating 6 to 7 times a day is great i wish i can do it all year round !~
 
I eat 6 times a day even if its only 2300 calories, dont have to bulk to keep the metabolism working efficiently, as well as positive nitrogen retention.
