Sleep?

My first cycle i made sure I had at least 7 hrs sleep every night. Ive always been under the impression that sleep is VERY important no matter if yur on gear or not. I felt amazing on cycle, every min lol. People r different man u know that. I'm betting this is a mental thing tho. I was feeling similar to u last night. got ahold of a bar of Xanax bar n chilled the fuck out. Slept like a baby, 1st time in months.
 
6 weeks to go. Feeling fine atm, so yes most likely mental. Might try Xanax lol.

do get a bit of anxiety which I think is the problem tbh.
 
Melatonin works for me. And when it doesn't, I add Kava and I'm out.

Austinite, is it normal for high does deca to cause anxiety? I know I got it when using tren, was so anxious about the way I looked lol, and how my hair was etc. used to cover my face up I got such bad anxiety. LOL.

I DONT really want to take Xanax coz it fucks lives up and you rely on it. What else do u suggest that has similar effect?
that can easily be obtained. Xanax in aus isn't easy to get on script. or u buy from black market its about 15x the price as opposed to on script lol.

Yes, progesterone in excess will cause anxiety. Deca is a progestin.
 
I have Melatonin but forgot all about it. I think I will take some the next night that I wont be getting up early to work out. I dont want to go to the gym with a groggy feeling.
 
Gotta ask........... were you on AAS when you did your apnea sleep study? How much have you gained in bodyweight since you did your study? BF%?

yes I was, just a few injections in. NO idea mate. haven't weighed myself, just been training hard and eating lots.

bf maybe 14-16%. Trying to keep in around there while I increase weight. Don't wann get to fat bro hahaha.
 
im upto 101.2kg. Just weighed myself. Eaten nothing but 2 mandarins today. Taken a shit, had a bat had a piss so im pretty empty. Havent put much fat on this cycle. Im 3.5weeks in and I think ive gone from roughly 99kg to 101.2kg. Some days mediocre diet days and not eaten much like yesterday and today will be another day.
 
Is this good? My gear is deffs legit. but I think its still to early to really see any GREAT results, another week or two I think. Strength was up a bit last session.

thinking of increasing cals from 3700 to 4000.

300 protein

500carbs
90 fat

currently on 300 protein 85 fat 400carbs. Just need to find something tasty that can fill 100carbs. Sick of rice and sweet potato.
 
I coulda put more weight on, but im trying to stay reasonably lean because I have a wedding in septmeber and im on holdiays at the beach, so I have not time to cut and diet down im just gonna bulk but try and minimize fat gains so I look half decent for photos and shit lol.
 
altho I feel pretty good today. No issues besides being quite horny. A little tired but slept quite well, had a lot of dreams last night. I slept for like 10 hours or so hahah. Love days off work.

I honestly think tbh its the amount of food I am eating that makes me feel lerthagic and shitty/ because Im not eating today besides a few snacks and I feel fine. I normally have 3 scoops of protein in the morning and feel pretty crap after it. Im contemplating getting rid of all protein powder, but its so easy to have and quite cheap compared to normal food. Maybe just have to ride it out for the remaining few weeks. Might extend cycle from 10 weeks to 14 weeks if all is going well.

btw not eating today, for personal reasons. PLease don't question why.

I will resume after today has ended.

Anyways does anyone have any recommendations for adding 5 grams of fat to my diet, and 100grams of carbs. Pop tarts? Need something. Don't care if its clean or not. Krispy kremes?

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying go get a script of Xanax. This was the 1st time I've ever tried it n it was n emergency for me. I just traded some bud so it was even steven. Definately try some OTC first to see what helps. I'm going to give Melatonin a go n keep the Xanax for emergencies. I think Melatonin is on sale at RUI now?
 
Yeah Xanax is good stuff. I always worry about addiction though. Kava & L-Theanine will calm you down very well.
 
Melatonin helps you fall asleep valarine root helps keep you asleep. Both are supps. If you want something a little stronger OTC drug try doxylamine. Can get it at Giant Eagle. I take a half a pill nightly and it helps me sleep through the night. I've had sleep issues for 2 1/2 years now. I know what your going through.
