Sleeping less After 3 Months on TRT...

I was just wondering if this is a normal thing amongst people who are beginning TRT. I noticed before I started TRT i was chronically tired even when getting 8 or 9 hours of sleep. After being on TRT for 3 months now ive noticed my body just wakes itself up after 7 hours. No matter what time I fall asleep whether it be 7pm, 9pm, or 1am. It is almost exactly 7 hours until I wake up. I am not tired when I wakeup, maybe sore from the previous workout but my ability to sleep longer than 7 hours has disappeared.

I think we get a better and deeper quality sleep with optimal T levels, I experienced the same thing and still do.

I don't get that groggy morning feeling that allows me to lay in bed dozing in and out for a few extra hours, once I hit the 6-7 hour mark I'm up and ready to move. I believe with the better sleep we don't need as much rest to equal sufficient sleep.

Over six years on TRT, and I can sleep forever. But I do tend to only get 5-6hrs on weekdays, so I'm catching up on weekends.

Once you get "dialed in", your sleep should improve. Many of us feel like we sleep "deeper" while on TRT, but I have nothing that proves this, other than having your hormones in balance can only be a good thing.
