Hey guys , so just a few weeks back i know i slightly pulled my tendon in my chest ... it felt almost like a cracking feeling right where the chest meets the shoulder , followed by a burning sensation ... so i discontinues chest tat day ... next week i came back ... about 2-3 sets in .. it happens again ... so i discontuned ..
the next day after this happen i hardly feel any pain almost as if its healed ... but i took 2 full weeks off of chest .. so i come in week 4 now ..
week 4 start off slow ... get back into 295lb .. 3rd rep .. AGAIN . .. cracks or tearing feeling

Do any of you know how to deal with this or have had this happen to you ? it keeps cracking or tearing in that area causing it to swell and hurt so i cant train .

I would jump on some healing peptides, TB500, and BPC157 . could throw in a GH secretagogue with those as well . blast those for 6 weeks. stick to light weight isolation movements only to bring blood flow to the area, and dump the compound movements for now

Agree with roush here!
The burning sensation you describe reminded me of fucking up my shoulder a while back (still ain't the same). It's so easy for guys to get hurt on aas. We build our muscles up, all the while not letting our ligaments & tendons have a chance to keep up, and we feel fuckin bullet proof (all hopped up on feel good juice - d-bol or prop "insert your poison here") & we over tax our ligaments & tendons that are attached to those muscles.
Gotta take it slow! AAS are there to help make the change in size, but we have to let the rest of it catch up to avoid injury.
If it were me, i would keep things light maybe hit up a sports doc (specialize in joint & muscle injuries) for some therapy exercises, these guys deal with this shit day in and day out. Also hit the TB & BPC as roush stated.
Is there any swelling when this happens?

^good point here. if you plan on using AAS long term and want to increase strength of tendons , then you can add certain AAS to every stack that you do . Var, Primo, and Eq increase collagen synthesis and strengthen tendons. Just always run a moderate dose of one of those compounds while your cruising and on any cycle you do. the good thing is those compounds don't aromatize so you don't have to worry about added estrogen sides using them

A had a similar strain last summer. You'll need a lot longer than a week off. I'd say a month minimum and then go back to moderate weights. If you keep reinjuring recovery time is going to increase.

Edit- month off chest work

youre obviously pushing yourself early on.. you need to give it time to heal

yah i hate the set backs . i was finally up stronger then ever crushing pateaus and then ... this haha what can u do . take the time and recover ... or else get badly injured and cant train for 7 months ... oh man that would be nasty . but yah no swelling when it happened ... just a firey pain . but next morning much much better .

least you can still train brother and work around it . i've been bed ridden for my 3rd day in a row now and can't barely get up to take a shit without enduring a hells fire worth of pain to do it . think I've blown another disc out into my spinal chord again. this will be the 3rd time this has happened and prob the 3rd surgery needed.

so yeah rest up and work around it , don't push it and end up getting F'd up worse

You can train everything aroumd it possibly even chest fimd something that dont hurt even if its bands. Ive seen powerlifters with severe pec tears go through surgery maybe only lose 2 months of bench then have to start over 135lbs and tske it easy build back up. As long as you havent detached it your not totally fucked

Tbis is exactly why i do a proper warm up starting with the bare bar and pyramid up. I would lose my shit if i couldnt do chest

Yeah DW take it easy bro. I need my trainer good 2 go and shit man!! Those 10 x 10 routines have my strength increasing quickly....tren prolly helping too:-) Nothing beats the satisfaction obtained from killing 10 x 10 db chest presses. Then I 4 x 12 a few different chest workouts to fill in rest of workout. Thanks for new routine ideas bro! Working well. Get better!!
