hi im thinking of starting an insulin cycle of actrapid, my brother is a diabetic and is well aware of the symptoms of hypo's so he'll be a more than informed partner.
I researched pretty much every forum and read all i can including entire books, but im still not convinced when to take it and how much to take over a 4 week cycle.
I currently weigh 78 kilo and have been working out for about 6 months but have been on and off for years.
opinions and experiences would be greatly appreciated.
