Just when you think you know it all and are ready to embark on Anabolicus Maximus, you read a study that caffeine decreases skeletal muscle glucose disposal by 50% and 15-20% whole body glucose disposal (article was posted in article section here). In other words, the study cited that caffeine prevents the insulin from doing it's job. My question is has anyone seen good results from slin while taking plain ephedra or ephedra/caffeine stack? I can't imagine doing squats without hard rock and ephedra. Just bought a bottle of HotShots too. DAMN. Thanks everyone.
