Smittiot's first run with Tren

3rd cycle, first with tren.
Past cycles test only & test/deca/anavar.
Age 46
183 lbs
13% bf
5'-9.5"

This runs goals is to gain some muscle and drop body fat to sub 10%.
Test E weeks 1-15 at 250mgs per week.
Dbol weeks 1-4 at 50mgs per day (25 in am and 25 in pm)
TrenA weeks 4-13 at 350mgs per week. Will start at 75 eod and then up to 100 as tolerated.
Prami on hand.
Adex .25 eod
Clomid/nolva for PCT

If u get weird sides, try pinning every day. I'm pinning a 100 every day and I have less sides then when I pinned 100 eod.
 
Started this run last tuesday. So far not much extra pump from dbol, but not yet a week.

Not much to note, but pumps "seem" to be getting better. Hope dbol does its stuff soon...
 
Today was "small" legs (ham curls, extensions, calves) and main bicep (flat bar, dumbell, cable all open or wide grip).
Great work out ,but no muscle splitting pumps. Vascularity may be slightly up. Took 25 mg dbol at 7am and 25mg at 9:30. Gym started at 11:00.
 
Still not feeling any extraordinary pumps. Would start to be concerned about my dbol, but weight was 190.5 this am. So up about 7lbs in a week and two days. Have not used AI for 3 days, so will dose now.
20 min Cardio and abs only today.
 
Looks like its going well bro, I wouldn't worry too much about the dbol pumps, I usually get some lower back cramping in the first week but the actually pumps only around week 2 for me and its never major. As long as you are climbing and going forward is all that counts and since everyone reacts different to different compounds you may not even get the insane crippling pumps that a lot of people get.

Think the pump is starting. Noticed it on tricep workout today. Nothing insane, but noticeably more than usual.
191 today.
 
Two weeks into Dbol and now getting noticeable pumps. Actually, it was a fantastic workout today. Shoulder presses and lats today.
Felling a little lower back pump too. Don't like that.
So, two more weeks with Dbol, then TrenA enters.
Weight 191 today again.
 
I had to shut down my leg workout last thursday due to lower back pump - hopefully yours don't get that severe.

Weight 193 today.
Starting to dig the dbol. Feeling full even long after workout. First noticeable strength increases today on incline hammer strength bench. Back up to where I was before my pinched nerve set-back a few months ago. Actually had lost about half my strength in my right arm in a week.
 
Today was lower back and delts (raises, rears and fronts). Wow! Feeling like crazy good in gym. Not going real heavy but intensity is through the roof and pumps/vascularity are great.
Looking forward to my last week and a half of dbol.
What will the tren transition be like? Will I have a fall off for a week?

Your going to notice a decrease between the dbol tren transition. I would judge it next week, if your feeling good and liver feels fine extend the dbol by a week or to minimize the drop, even if you run the dbol 25mgs pre workout only you will have less of a decline before the tren hits home. Just an idea

Interesting idea. Only had 60 capsules so would have to cut to 25mg after 3 weeks at 50 to extend. Or start tren early...
 
Weight 192.
Have to force myself to stop lifting. Once I get in the groove it feels like I can rest for 30 seconds between sets then continue indefinitely.
