So I am sick and tired of being woken up in the middle of the night, or early morning with hunger pangs and or low blood sugar feelings. And am tired of snacking on the same boring foods to cure that pain. My big problem is that sometimes I go all day until 5 or so without eating, not because I cant but because I am just not motivated to eat and whenever I get a hunger pang I just sip on some water or juice.
Are there any new snacks out there that can help me out, whats yours?
