Hi everyone,

Complete noob here!! Looking at starting a cycle after a friend of mine got great results. Goals are to add size and lose fat. The stack I'm looking at is:

HGH, NNP, Test propate and anavar

I've looked into possible side effects and understand the risks. Not wanting to do this long term, just want to feel better about myself and maybe do a cycle periodically?

What are the expert thoughts on the above? Any special precautions?

Rule of thumb - First cycle is 500 mg Test E for 12 weeks.
If you start with test prop and get really bad PIP with virgin muscle.. it might be enough to turn you off juice for a while.
Also I wouldn't touch NPP for a first cycle, you don't want milky tits, also what about an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and PCT?
 
educate yourself on AAS you don't know shit about the subject for sure lol. (don't mean to be rude). Start with Test E 1-12 Get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), pct 2 weeks after last pin. If you really want to push things a little bit you can add an oral.. dbol/tbol is good to begin with
 
Test only if you REALLY believe you have exploited gains from diet and gym- neither omf those come easily without research and dedication. Juice will only iffer rewards with real dedication too, especially if you want to keep any of those gains.
 
I could sit here and spout off everything that the previous responders have said, but I won't. EVERYTHING that you need to know/read/take into consideration has been posted in reply to your OP.
 
Read all the stickies at the top of the page. And research every single subject about them and post questions about what you don't understand. Like everyone said a first cycle consists of test E or test C only. You should be able to design cycles for other people and point out the flaws in how they want to cycle or what they are doing wrong before you start using steroids. Steroids can be very fun but their are long term consequences that are very expensive to fix or manage if you fuck up on even one cycle. So before you start anything make sure you are 110% educated about it all. Or else your risk of something bad happening go's up dramatically.
 
Wow thanks all! Definately looking at Aromatase inhibitor (AI) too. What's PCT and PIP please?

Weight is 95kg, 30% body fat. Training hard now and diet is good, I'd just like to see bigger and better results

What's the difference between test prop and test E? Sorry for the novice questions!

Ok know what PIP and PCT are from researching. So much damn info!! Glad I asked about the cycle. Reading more and appreciate the advice. Seems like HGC is a good idea?
 
These are the things they are asking you for:

Age:
Height:
Weight:
Body fat %:
Years of training:
Diet:

For the diet, include how many calories per day, how many meals per day, and your macro break down (ie %of protein/%ofcarbs/%of fat)

It already sounds like you are not ready for a cycle. 30%bf and good diet you say? You shouldnt start a cycle until you are around 15% IMO.
 
Wow I really appreciate the honesty!! I've not been training years. Rather WEEKS. I've been overweight for as long as I can remember and have tried ultra low calorie diets all of which just crashed my metabolism. This time I want to gain muscle mass.

Is there anything I can do to help speed up my process? HGH maybe? Still reading other threads and getting loads of info!
 
No I don't think results come overnight. I'm not stupid so thanks for laughing. I'm looking for advice hence why I'm here. I'm also giving honest answers about what I'm doing and what stage I'm at so I can get good advice

I'm not embarrassed about where I am or the fact I've only been training weeks. I've made a decision to get off my ass and train and want to get the best results I can

I would honestly get your head off of the gear.. You need to find a good diet coach like 3j he is a sponsor here. Being a week into training you need WAY more time. All the gear does is intensify the
effects that your diet is doing so you need to make diet your number 1.
