Why us this so prevalent today ? I have a few ideas
1- the time it takes to train the lower body takes away from upper body development
2- they actually think it's more asthetic to have a upper body out of proportion with the lower half
3- they're lazy and would rather not train legs because it's just too dam hard
4- just maybe they only have a partial mirror and never see they're legs
Any thoughts ? Too me the legs are the other half of the body, and the base the upper half is built on. I just don't understand why would any dude not train both halfs
