So i hv been surfing around.... it seems difficult to weigh fact and opinion on here.... my brain is slightly over loaded. How do you guys determine what's legit and what's b.s?

Read the stickies, they are law and there for a reason. That and follow whatever Dawg, User, and Zeek say to the letter.
