I received my vanilla, chocolate & wild berry protein bags from Solid Muscle and baked these protein cookies using the chocolate isolate..
The chocolate isolate & vanilla taste reaaaaally good & they mix really well, even my kids liked them
Chocolate oatmeal cookie
Ingredients:
6 egg whites
7 scoops of oatmeal (1 3/4 cups)
2 tsp pf brown sweet n low or stevia
1 tsb of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
4 scoops of chocolate whey isolate
1 tsb of vrigin olive oil
1 tsp of maple extract
1/2 cup of raisins (optional) I left those out.
2 dashes of cinnamon (optional)
Pre-Heat over to 325, mix all ingredients well, & spoonful dough onto cooking sheet, bake for 20 min.
Makes about a dozen cookies, each 11 grams of protein.
Peanut butter/oatmeal recipe:
Ingredients:
2/3 cups of natural peanut butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking powder
2 cups of oats
3/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 tsp of salt
4 scoops of vanilla isolate
Pre-heat over to 350. Mix together (wet ingredients) eggs, brown sugar, applesauce, peanut butter and vanilla. Add protein, oats, flax, salt and baking soda. Drop spoonfuls dough onto cookie sheet. Bake for about 10-12 min.
Each cookie has around 15 grams of protein.
