Some interpret this blood work for me?

I got off my cycle 3 months ago. I ran trent/test.
About a month ago I started getting mild nipple pain.
Last Monday I took a shot of Arctic Gear Test and AL's Deca/Mast E (mast E is bunk for sure)
I ended up getting cold feet because of the nipple pain so I stopped my cycle short, after 1 shot. Last 4 days I been running Prami, .25 each night.
Yesterday morning I got my blood work done.

Alarmed? certainly not. It's barely out of range. Eat a lot of meat? Take creatine? Those could explain it.
Looks very good for someone who cycles. E2 is a little low.

Everything looks on point, only thing I would have been concerned with is the low test level if you would be on cycle but if I understood correctly you only took 1 shot of test so it makes sense

I took 1.5 CCs of Test E and 1 CC of Deca and Mast E (which is bunk for sure)

That was last Monday and it was the only shot I took. My nipple pain wasn't going away so I stopped and started prami.

Sadly, it's the only bloodwork I have at the moment.

What do you think I should do to counteract that?

Also, is there any way to know if my deca is legit or not? I know the test is good but the UG from Meso that I got the deca from is sort of flaky.. it passed the labmax but that doesn't mean a whole lot.

Regarding the (barely) high creatinine, I don't think you have to do anything. This test gets done because it can show that your kidneys are not functioning well. But it can also show that you eat a lot of meat or take creatine supplements. You didn't answer the question, but given the venue it would not be unusual for you to be eating a protein rich diet or taking creatine supplements. Are you?

That's a yes to both. I eat 150-200g of protein a day as well as taking a supplement.

if you're really concerned, you should get a repeat. you want to know if they were transiently elevated for some reason - no sense in trying to fix something that's not really broken.

Gotcha.

As far as testing the legitimacy of the Deca, is there any way to tell if it's good or not?
