Some more opinions on my protein intake/diet

For lean weight gain... trying to shed some fat and get a little fuller at the same time... starting GH too... was on it, finished a kit, but was not consistant with it, so starting 2 days ago, being consistant, 4iu's/day... also gonna start EQ with Anavar (var) or winny...maybe even some tren E

8am 40G whey 4 eggs
11am 40G pro from meat/milk
2pm 40G whey 40G pro from meat
5pm 40G pro meat/milk
8pm 40G whey
10pm 50G casien Protein/milk

total is 310G protein... i know i need some good carbs going, so either brown rice or sweet potatoes/Yams once a day...

Diet is my weak point, so go ahead a bash me, recently ive been crazy bussy so its even harder....
 
To help you digest all of that protein you need green vegetables, they have the fiber and vitamins that you are missing.
