Some More Yohimburn Questions....Pls

I know there was a thread about this before but I want some serious opinions as to whether the stuff is legit or not, plus a few other questions. As far as Yohimburn ES, DS, (whichever is the better of the two) does it really work at reducing fat in the specific area it is applied? How much of the stuff have you guys used before you've seen clear results? Does it need to be used strictly before cardio or can it be applied in the beginning of the day?

I have a crack in my lower vertabrae that hurts like a bitch to run with, although I try anyways on occasion. Instead of running I usually try to hit the sauna for 30-40 minutes after I lift. What do you think this does as far as losing fat? I know it raises body temperature, increases metabolism, etc... but in effect does it burn fat. Finally, would the combination of Yominburn with the sauna have a decent effect? I tried to get a good idea of how the Yohimburn worked, caffeine absorbed topically in the area where there is stubborn fat. After that I'm lost to how she works.

Just let me know your thoughts on it because I don't wanna buy another OTC supplement that does little if anything at all.

its not a miracle drug..diet and cardio is the key

Hell yeah it works. I used the regular Yohimburn DF the past couple of years & I even liked that. But the ES is much better. You will not hold any water underneath the skin (subq), so it just sucks it out and away it goes!

You can't think that its a miracle drug though, because you have to be serious about your diet & cardio while on this, & you will reap the benefits.

Ulter? Care to give him some comments?
 
Sounds good so far. How many bottles did you use, just one? And at what dose? I know some supplements you need to use a couple of bottles to see the real effect. Anyone else have any comments on it let me know
 
I would use it sporadically for a couple of months in the spring, then I would use it during the summer. I have only gone through a couple of bottles, & it doesn't take much. I would probably use 1 pump per tit, 2 to 3 on my abs, & one on each love handle.

I like it.

using a sauna for 10 min (no more) may raise GH (there are studies that indicate this). But as a fat burner.. per se. NO. It will help with skin and sub Q water retention, both of which will affect physique presentation.
