Something For Soccer/Hockey

Hey Everyone,

I am new to this site i was thinking of taking something to help me out in the gym i'm looking to gain about 10-15 lbs of solid ripped muscle. But i play hockey and soccer so i don't want to have too much extra weight, i heard wini was good for it but do i take it alone?...and i've read that they have some from China that are cheaper.

any suggestions would be great.
 
I wouldn't say it's amazing, i eat about 4-5 times a day 100-120 grams of protein a day and play hockey and soccer combined about 5 times a week and hit the gym about 4-5 times.
 
ok so i should try and injest about 200 a day?

it consists of supersets and drop sets at the momment, but i would wanna train for mass if i take something so about 6-8 reps.

i also heard that Vanazolol (Winn-50) is good for my situation.
 
Right now your natural test is still high, you need to use that!

At least 2g. of protein per pound of bw. And that is even low.

You are expending a shit load of cals and not eating enough.

I played hockey for 8 years, that is hard work!
 
you're definitely not ready. keep reading, and when i say reading i mean about the basics of lifting/nutrition, not anabolics.
 
ok i really appreciate the advice Blondie_Bombshell. i will continue normally and injest as much protein as possible thanks.
