I have done a cycle of test-cyp with PCT of clom about 5 years ago. I have since been in graduate school and not been able to work out like I used to. Any advice on how to start back to get back in to the shape I used to?
I'm 27 in good health, 170lbs, in decent shape, but I'd like to gain about 20lbs in the next 1.5-2 years of lean muscle. From the past few months of reading I've seen that a 9-12 wk cycle of test b/t 300-600mg is probably best? Should I try to add deca to that? Also, do I want to add HCG during cycle as well as PCT?
