sore legs should i work out anyway

Hey guys i worked legs on monday and today is thursday and there still a little sore would friday night be to soon to work them again or should i wait

What does your split look like? Sounds like you might be overtraining.
 
hmmm Id be interested in seeing your split as well.
Id wait at least 6 days for full recovery.. and if their still sore then I defintly wouldnt hit them again!
 
No, wait until the soreness has gone away. Your legs are sore because you have damaged the muscle fiber by working out. Muscles get bigger by repairing this damage. If you workout again before your muscles have healed, you aren't allowing the fibers to heal, thus your muscles will not grow.
