I guess some p are getting fed up with my posts. Honestly I see this as a place to ask, learn, get advice. As well as share knowledge and for advice. Unfortunately I have annoyed some members. I believe that there is no dumb questions but many mebers disagree.

Asking questions is good. Asking the same question 4 times... not so much. But what really can be problematic is when guys ask for advice and then don't like the responses they get. If you ask for help, don't get mad at the person trying to help you. This is like biting the hand that feeds you.

Ya I get your point but some members are just smart asses and come across as judge mental and arrogant. And int case that one member accused me of something that was not me
Yes I asked the same question but it was for diff cycles,doses,compounds and pinning freqs

So call that stuff out in your posts. Give the reader some background and perspective. Don't write a novel, but frame the context of your question.

Try something like that. The more time you put into asking a question and framing it the better answer you will get.

There are a lot of cry babies around the internet sir, take the good with the bad, Ology is no different. Those of us that check here regularly see a lot of the same questions asked, answered well, and then asked again showing that the OP didn't try and do an advanced search for their question. The search function on this forum can be odd and not give you the best results, but I've personally found most answers I've looked for with enough digging, or atleast a few differing opinions on what the "right" answer is.

I'll pitch in what I know and I'll call it as I see it. Lou Lou, u have started a lot of threads. Some if not most couldve been avoided with a little research. When people tend to start a bunch of threads, they come off as stupid and ignorant. I'm not saying u are. I'm just saying. Look at all the shit Matt and Ectomoron got. There is plenty of info that is easily attainable. Do a quick search before starting a thread. It might save your feelings.

And this is the main problem. The internet is a mean spirited place in general; this is a board discussing theoretical usage of physique and strength enhancing drugs. This is not a place for nancies and sissies, but they keep falling out of the woodwork. It's amazing.

Ignore the haters and pick out the ones that are trying to help, there are a lot of know it all assholes on every forum, but there is a lot of people on here that know there shit either aas, diet ect, u can tell the ones that know there shit compared to the ones running there gates, goodluck bro
