South beach meals

I was wondering if there were any drawbacks to the south beach pre-made meals. I would never eat only these meals but as a college student they seem to be cheap, attainable, and almost as easy as a drive through.....any objections for a filler meal ?

None, go for it bro!! When comparing the possibility of eating junk/snacks or hitting a drive thu, those South Beach meals are a logical better choice. Not to mention the fact that I've used them the same way so I can fimly stand behind them. ..and draw back wise, other then the portion size (small to us intense trainers), I don't see any. I've done my research and they have twice the protein of most pre-packed meals and usually a 1/4 the carbs. Plus the grains used are always whole grain and ingredients are much fresher. The Kung pao chicken is my fav while on a cutter/carb depletion. ;)
