Lol, you guys take something for four weeks and you think you're all gonna be supermen?!
If you can even pack on a solid 5lbs of lean mass in a month, you are doing great! Yes, many supplements will cause an increase in weight, and you will probably lose a good portion of that weight once you change what you're doing. It doesn't mean the product didn't work, it just means that you changed what you were doing.
For you guys that say Spawn and "Spawn like" products don't work...How often are you at the gym? How hard do you actually lift? What are your diets like?
Oh well, I could go on and on, but I digress. Point is, don't be retarded. Take a quality product to increase your ability to lift, then "LIFT"!!!! You must do the work! The product will not do it for you. (oh, and lay off the fast food! Eat quality sources of protein every 3-4 hours to maintain an anabolic state. And no more than 400 calories per meal if you wanna get or stay lean)
p.s. I am not targeting anyone in particular, just a general response to so many retards that post on this and other forums.
