It worked for me. I had a good verticle, which I worked at very hard. Once I did Winstrol (winny) it shot throught the roof. It went from 33"inches to 36.5 after a cycle of Winstrol (winny). Given you have to be doing the right kinds of training. Ie heavy as hell deep as hell squats. power cleans, dead lifts, jump squats, plyo's...... You know what I mean. you want to be doing three to five reps max weight. No more than once a week. If you want to work your legs out more go way lighter. high reps.
